BIOGRAPHY

Hailing from North Carolina the artist known as Da Clay set his mark on the gospel rap territory in early 2006. During that year he comprised a five song demo that circulated amongst churches, outreach programs, schools and hip hop circles. During this time he was involved in numerous ministry engagements from performing to feeding the homeless or witnessing for Christ all in which he passed out his EP. This EP would eventually land in the offices of Double Edge Sword Records where Da Clay later would sign his first record deal.

In anticipation of his release “Genesis: My Life After His Death” He toured significantly and has shared the stage with many national and regional acts such as Jeremy Camp, KJ-52, Da T.R.U.T.H., S.O.C.O.M., Skillet, Group 1 Crew, MVP, Json, Thisl, Lecrae and many others. He is currently working on a few projects that will release in the coming months. Da Clay’s goal is to help impact the world for Jesus Christ.
